Paper packaging materials
As a general packaging material, paper packaging materials are widely used in production and life practices throughout the development of packaging design. The paper material has low cost, is suitable for mass production of mechanized, and has good formability and folding property, is suitable for fine printing, and has the advantages of being recyclable, economical and environmentally friendly.
1, Kraft Paper
Kraft paper is tough and inexpensive, and has good folding resistance and water resistance. It is mostly used for making shopping bags, envelopes, cement bags, etc. It is also used for good packaging paper.
2, Coated paper
Coated paper is mainly made of high-grade raw materials such as wood and cotton fiber, and is divided into single copper and double copper. Suitable for multi-color plate printing, with bright colors after printing and rich layers. Commonly used in the productions of handbags, business cards and books, magazine covers.
3, White paper
The whiteboard paper is hard and thick in texture, has good standing strength, surface strength, folding resistance and printing adaptability, and is suitable for packaging boxes and liners.
4, Corrugated paper
Corrugated paper has the advantages of light and firm, heavy load and pressure resistance, shockproof and moisture proof, and the cost is low. Single-faced corrugated cardboard is generally used as a lining protective layer for commercial packaging or to make lightweight kage or backing plates to protect the goods from vibration or impact during storage. Three or five layer corrugated cardboard is used for the sale of goods. Seven or eleven layer corrugated is mainly used for the production of packaging boxes for mechanical and electrical products, furniture, motorcycles, and large household appliances.
